Venus Pole Dancing has now teamed up with self defence experts to teach women in Nottingham the art of danger awareness and self protection. The Urban Defence course shows women how to prevent or escape from dangerous situations when out and about in the city.
Also new to Venus Pole Dancing is Ballet Fit. Once reserved for young girls in pink leotards, these new adult ballet classes help you to improve your core strength, balance, posture and flexibility and are the perfect compliment to pole dancing lessons.
